Is it your flexibility, vertical jump or your upper body strength that needs the most attention in your training program? Ice Dynamics® Assessments are developed and conducted by Kat Arbour, MS, MPT, CSCS, PES. Each skater meets individually with Kat for about 90 min and completes a Personal Fitness Assessment. The results help Kat decide what areas need the most work and what exercises will be prescribed for that skater. During the 90 minute Assessment, the skater learns these specific exercises. This is made into a Personalized Off-Ice Training Program & Workout Schedule. Each exercise in the workout is referenced by page number to the exercise description and picture in the Ice Dynamics® Training Manual. The comprehensive workout program includes details about how to incorporate Cardio Training, Interval Training, Balance, Strength, Core, Flexibility, Plyometrics and Agility into a weekly plan. Those interested in a group setting should check out the Seminars page. The Details1.
