Recommended Equipment 

You will need some basic equipment to get started with your training program:

  1. 1.  Ice Dynamics® Training Manual
  2. 2.  Buddy Lee Magic Speed Jump rope (the fastest rope around)
  3. 3.  2-3 resistance cords (use these instead of handheld weights for strength training)
  4. 4.  1-2 resistance loops (excellent for specific hip, knee and ankle strength training)
  5. 5.  1/2 Foam Roller (advanced balance skills and ankle strength training)
  6. 6.  Stability Disk (advanced balance skills and ankle strength training)
  7. 7.  Large Body Ball (great for developing core strength and stabilization in the low back and abs)
